Mental Health & PTSD Support

U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs - Mental Health 

VA offers care in many different settings to help veterans take charge of their treatment and live a full and meaningful life. Services include counseling, therapy, medication, telehealth, and more.

Make A Connection

A one-stop resource where veterans and their family members and friends can explore information on life stressors and mental health symptoms, and hear stories from veterans who have faced similar challenges and found help.

VA Vet Centers 

Community-based Vet Centers provide confidential counseling, community engagement, and referral services to eligible veterans and their families. You do not need to be enrolled in VA healthcare or have a service connection to receive services.

Veteran Service Organizations

Wounded Warrior Project 

Provides free mental health support including Project Odyssey — adventure-based workshops that bring veterans together — and WWP Talk, weekly one-on-one support calls with a dedicated partner. All services are free to registered warriors and their families.
